Welcome to La Rose Florist. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
ORDERING
Orders may be placed online or by contacting us directly. Please double-check your delivery address, date, and recipient details before submitting, as changes may not be possible once your flowers are in production.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. California sales tax applies to orders as required by law.
FRESHNESS PROMISE
Every arrangement leaves our studio fresh, hand-crafted by our designers using premium blooms. With proper care, your flowers should stay beautiful for many days.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, specific blooms may occasionally be unavailable. If a flower in your arrangement is unavailable, we will substitute a similar bloom of equal or greater value, keeping the same style, color palette, and overall beauty.
DELIVERY
We offer local delivery within our delivery zones and free in-store pickup. Orders are available for next-day pickup or delivery. Delivery dates are estimates; while we do our best, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order up to 1 day before your delivery or pickup date, just call or message us. After that we are unable to cancel, as your flowers will already be prepared.
DELIVERY
If no one is home when we arrive, we will leave your flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor, or contact you to arrange another time. If you ask us to leave your arrangement at the door, please understand this is at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for flowers left unattended.
FRESHNESS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Flowers are a product of nature and may vary with the seasons. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of equal or greater value, keeping the same style and color palette. If anything arrives less than perfect, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
